This is the Master HOA and is responsible for the entire community behind the gates.  We have one yearly fee that all homeowners of Oakstead pay.

Oakstead CDD

The CDD is a government organization that is responsible for all common areas, the clubhouse, the pool, and other amenities; as well as the roads behind the gates.  The CDD fee is collected through your property taxes.
