Oakstead Involvement
Interested in becoming involved in the Oakstead community?
The Village Captain is a volunteer who serves as a liaison between residents and the Homeowners Association (HOA) Board of Directors. This role helps strengthen community connections, promote community pride, and facilitate communication throughout the community.

Serving as a point of contact for residents within an assigned village.

Sharing HOA updates, community news, and important information with residents.

Reporting maintenance concerns and community issues to the appropriate HOA committee, management team, or the Board.

Promoting the health and welfare of residents by helping neighbors who may be ill, injured, homebound, or in need of assistance and connecting them with available community resources.

Welcoming new residents and helping them become familiar with community amenities and resources.

Supporting community beautification efforts and fostering pride.

Providing feedback and insights from residents to the HOA Board and committees.
